- 360 ml milk chocolate chip — divided
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 224 g kataifi shredded dough — finely chopped
- 2 pcs pistachio butter — 7 oz jars
- ¼ cup tahini

Melt white chocolate in microwave at 30-second intervals. Drizzle into 2 chocolate molds with a fork. Freeze 10 minutes.

Melt 10 oz milk chocolate chips at 30-second intervals. Fold in remaining 2 oz chips. Pour half over white chocolate layer, brush evenly. Set 5 min at room temp, freeze 20 min.
