Quick Chicken in Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 4 pcs garlic
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Cut the chicken into medium pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken pieces until golden brown for about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, stirring.

Pour in the cream and chicken broth, add thyme and oregano.

Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
