Breaded Chicken Schnitzel
vxdaJuicy chicken breast cutlets in crispy breading, served with potatoes and coleslaw. A classic Polish dish that's always popular with the whole family.

Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast
- 100 g flour
- 2 pcs eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 200 ml frying oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally to get 4 cutlets. Pound lightly with a meat mallet.

Season cutlets with salt and pepper and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs with salt and pepper in the second, breadcrumbs in the third.

Coat each cutlet successively in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, breading thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown.

Transfer finished cutlets to paper towels to drain excess fat.

Serve with boiled potatoes and cabbage coleslaw.
