Pasta with Chorizo and Creamy Tomato Sauce
vxdaA very tasty and quick pasta dish featuring fried chorizo sausage, tomato sauce, and cream. Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner for adults and teenagers.

Ingredients
- 200 g pasta
- 200 g chorizo sausage
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic clove
- ⅔ cup tomato passata
- ½ tsp oregano
- 60 ml cream
- grated parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook according to package directions.

Meanwhile, place the diced chorizo in a skillet and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until it begins to render its fat.

Add the diced onion and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Towards the end, add the minced garlic and sauté briefly.

Pour in the tomato purée, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the cream and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the drained pasta to the sauce, mix, and heat together.
