Ingredients

  • 600 g pork loin
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 pcs large onion
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 500 ml hot broth or broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp hot pepper
  • 2 tsp dried wild garlic
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • 3 pcs allspice
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. 1

In a wide pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the remaining two tablespoons of olive oil, move the onion to the side, and place the pork loin slices in the pot. Sear over high heat on both sides until browned, then season with salt and ground pepper.

  2. 2

Pour in the hot broth (or chicken broth) and soy sauce. Season with sweet and hot paprika, wild garlic, bay leaf, and allspice. Cover and braise over low heat for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, until the meat is tender. At the end, add the tomato paste.

  3. 3

In a frying pan, heat the butter well, add the flour, and sauté for a moment, stirring. Transfer to the pot, mix thoroughly, and bring to a boil.
