Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh button mushroom
  • 500 g ground meat
  • 1 pcs onion
  • 2 pcs garlic clove
  • 1 pcs eggs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • wheat flour
  • potato starch
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

In two tablespoons of olive oil, sauté finely chopped onion until translucent, and towards the end of frying, add grated garlic and allow it to brown slightly. Combine half of this sautéed onion with the meat (you can grind it together with the meat), and leave the remaining part in the pan.

  2. 2

To the onion remaining in the pan, add sliced mushrooms (previously cleaned with a sponge or rinsed and dried). Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder, and then fry for about 8 minutes, stirring regularly. Set aside.

  3. 3

To the meat with onion, add breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, salt, and pepper – mix thoroughly until the ingredients are combined. Then, with moistened hands, form 18 small meatballs.

  4. 4

Lightly dust them with wheat flour and sear in olive oil (in a pan or pot). After searing, pour hot broth over the meatballs and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, turning the meatballs 2-3 times in the meantime.

  5. 5

Add the sautéed mushrooms, mix, and bring to a boil again. Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes. Finally, sift 1/2 teaspoon of potato starch through a sieve, mix, and bring to a boil.
