Penne alla Vodka
vxdaAn exquisite Italian specialty! This pasta with tomato sauce, enriched with cream and chili flakes, is prepared extremely quickly.
Ingredients
- 320 g penne pasta
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pcs garlic clove
- 1 ½ cup tomato puree
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp ground sweet paprika
- 2 pinch hot pepper
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 60 ml vodka
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- fresh basil

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of sea salt, then add the pasta and cook until al dente, following the manufacturer's instructions.

Pour olive oil into a large pan, add garlic passed through a press and gently brown it.

Add tomato purée, season with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika, then cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour in the cream, reduce the heat and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. In the final phase, add the vodka and mix thoroughly.

Drain the pasta, transfer it to the prepared sauce, combine the ingredients and cook for about 1 minute over low heat, stirring frequently.

Add Parmesan cheese and mix, then place the dish on plates, sprinkle with fresh basil and an additional portion of Parmesan.
