Pistachio Oatmeal
vxdaThis delicious oatmeal with pistachio cream is the perfect idea for a weekend meal. Just add this cream to classic oatmeal to transport yourself to culinary paradise.
Ingredients
- 100 g mountain oat flakes
- 500 ml oat milk
- 2 tbsp pistachio cream
- ½ tsp matcha
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt or skyr

Pour the rolled oats and milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the oats soften and the consistency becomes thick.

Add the pistachio cream and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat. At this stage, for extra color, you can add matcha, which should be pre-mixed with 2 tablespoons of water at a temperature of about 70 degrees Celsius (it is best to use a special matcha whisk, as shown in the picture).

If you used sweetened pistachio cream, there is no need to add sugar or honey.

You can also stir in 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, which will give the oatmeal a creamier texture and balance the sweetness of the cream.

Serve with raspberries (just defrost frozen ones) and chopped, peeled pistachios.
