Penne with Mushrooms, Ham and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
vxdaInspiration for an express lunch with aromatic aged ham, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Everything sautéed in a pan with garlic, drizzled with cream and served with pasta.
Ingredients
- 125 g short pasta
- 150 g fresh button mushroom
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pcs garlic clove
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 5 pcs cured ham
- 5 pcs sun-dried tomato
- 125 ml cream
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan
- basil leaf

Cook the pasta in salted water, following the recommendations on the product packaging.

Clean and dry the mushrooms. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, then add the mushrooms sliced into thin pieces and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt (in small amounts), pepper and oregano.

Add finely chopped garlic and fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the chopped aged ham and sun-dried tomatoes, fry for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly, then add a tablespoon of grated cheese and the drained pasta. Mix and cook for about 1 more minute.

Serve on plates and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
