Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 125 g short pasta
- 250 g chicken breast
- 1 tsp wheat flour
- ⅓ pcs onion
- 150 g fresh button mushroom
- 2 pcs garlic clove
- 100 g spinach
- 125 ml cream
- 1 tsp oregano

Cook the pasta in salted water.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the chicken and sear it. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, add the diced onion, drizzle with a tablespoon of oil and sauté for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the sliced mushrooms – washed and dried. Sauté for about 10 minutes until the moisture evaporates and they begin to brown.

Then add butter (1-2 tablespoons), grated garlic, dried oregano, and optionally a pinch of chili. Briefly sauté together.

Add the previously set aside chicken and heat through. Then add the rinsed and dried spinach leaves, stirring and heating until the spinach wilts.

Add the drained pasta and mix thoroughly. When everything is heated through, pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Cook for a little longer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Generously sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
