Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey fillet
  • 3 pcs garlic clove
  • 3 cup broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pcs onion
  • 1 pcs carrot
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp herbs de provence
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 ½ tsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. 1

Lightly pound the fillets with a meat tenderizer, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.

  2. 2

Prepare a frying pan with heated olive oil and a large pot in which to boil broth or water with the addition of soy sauce.

  3. 3

Fry the turkey slices in the frying pan on both sides (briefly, until the meat is lightly browned), then transfer them to the boiling broth.

  4. 4

In the same frying pan, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the peeled carrot, grated on a grater, and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Transfer to the pot with the meat.

  5. 5

If necessary, season with salt and pepper, add powdered paprika and herbes de Provence. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes, turning the meat over twice during cooking.

  6. 6

Reduce the heat to low, add the cream, and stir. Thicken with a mixture of all-purpose flour and potato starch, sifting it directly through a sieve.

  7. 7

Stir and bring to a boil over slightly higher heat. Cook for about 3 minutes, and towards the end, add chopped parsley or dill.
