Chicken in Onion Sauce with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 pcs chicken thigh
- 800 g potato
- 3 pcs onion
- 400 ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 50 ml water

Wash and dry the chicken drumsticks, season with salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.

Peel the onion and slice it into half-moons.

Heat oil in a skillet and brown the drumsticks on both sides for about 5 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a pot, add the sliced onion.

Pour in the broth, add the bay leaf and marjoram.

Braise covered over low heat for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season.

Roast the potatoes at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

At the end of the chicken braising time, mix the flour with water and pour into the sauce.
