Preparing the Chicken

Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to create two thinner fillets. Lightly pound them with your hand.
- 2
Season the chicken with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and sweet red paprika.
- 3
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with habanero salsa.
- 4
In a separate bowl, prepare the panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs).
- 5
Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko breadcrumbs. If you prefer a thicker coating, you can repeat the breading process.
- 6
Arrange the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and crispy.
Preparing the Caesar Sauce
- 1
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and spicy mustard.
- 2
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, removing the seeds, and add to the sauce.
- 3
Add a pinch of sugar and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
- 4
Finely chop the anchovies and add them to the sauce.
- 5
Add the drained canned tuna (in water), flaking it with a fork.
- 6
Grate one large clove of garlic.
- 7
Add grated Parmesan cheese, a small amount of salt (remembering the saltiness of the anchovies), and freshly ground black pepper.
- 8
Thoroughly mix all the sauce ingredients, breaking them down firmly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Preparing the Salad and Buns
- 1
Chop the romaine lettuce, then thoroughly combine it with the prepared Caesar sauce in a bowl.
Assembling the Caesar Burger
- 1
Spread butter on the burger buns and pan-fry them in a hot pan until lightly browned and crispy.

Place a generous layer of the prepared Caesar salad on the sauce.
- 4
Place the cooked chicken on top of the salad.
- 5
Add a little more Caesar salad on top of the chicken.

Place a few slices of red onion.
