Ingredients

  • 56 g white chocolate chip
  • 360 ml milk chocolate chip — divided
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 224 g kataifi shredded dough — finely chopped
  • 2 pcs pistachio butter — 7 oz jars
  • ¼ cup tahini

Instructions

    Melt white chocolate in microwave at 30-second intervals. Drizzle into 2 chocolate molds with a fork. Freeze 10 minutes.

    Melt 10 oz milk chocolate chips at 30-second intervals. Fold in remaining 2 oz chips. Pour half over white chocolate layer, brush evenly. Set 5 min at room temp, freeze 20 min.

    Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped kataifi, stir constantly until golden and crispy (~10 min). Stir in pistachio butter and tahini. Cool 10 min.

    Divide pistachio filling equally into molds, spread evenly.
