High-Protein Cottage Cheese Wrap
vxdaThis high-protein, low-carb cottage cheese wrap is made with only cottage cheese and eggs. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare and is very simple.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp italian seasoning

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

In a small blender, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, and any spices (if using). Try 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.

Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, then let cool.

If you can't eat the entire wrap, cut it in half to make two wraps. Place any filling inside the wrap and enjoy!
