Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms
vxdaA recipe for quick pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and spinach, all in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 125 g short pasta
- 250 g chicken fillet
- 1 tsp wheat flour
- ⅓ pcs onion
- 150 g mushroom
- 2 pcs garlic clove
- 100 g spinach
- 125 ml cream
- 1 tsp oregano

Cook the pasta in salted water.

Dice the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add the chicken, and sear. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, add the diced onion, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and sauté for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the sliced mushrooms – washed and dried. Sauté for about 10 minutes, until they evaporate and begin to brown.

Then add butter (1 - 2 tablespoons), grated garlic, dried oregano, and optionally a pinch of chili. Briefly sauté together.

Add the previously set-aside chicken and heat through. Then add the rinsed and dried spinach leaves, stirring and heating until the spinach softens.

Add the drained pasta and mix thoroughly. Once everything is heated through, pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Cook for a moment, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle generously with chopped parsley.
