Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 4 pcs wheat tortilla
  • 2 pcs avocado
  • 2 pcs tomato
  • 150 g iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ½ pcs red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

    Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

    Heat a skillet with olive oil and grill the chicken over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

    Slice the avocado, dice the tomato, and shred the lettuce into thin strips.

    Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and spread each with Greek yogurt.

    On one edge of each tortilla, arrange the chicken, avocado, tomato, and lettuce.

    Add thinly sliced red onion and season with a pinch of pepper.
