Quick Chicken in Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken fillet
- 4 pcs garlic
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley

Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and pan-fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, for about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and fry for 1 minute, stirring.

Pour in the cream and chicken broth, add thyme and oregano.

Simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with parsley before serving.
