POSYPKA

Instructions
- 1
Begin by combining the lukewarm water, honey, and yeast in a deep mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly, then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, allowing the yeast to activate.
- 2
Next, incorporate the olive oil, flour, and salt into the bowl. Knead the dough for 10–12 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- 3
Cover the dough and set it aside to rise for 1 hour, or until it has visibly doubled in size.
For the filling
- 1
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 3–4 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.
- 2
Stir in the onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, crumbled stock cube, chopped onion, and fresh parsley. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 3
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, ketjap manis, and mustard until you have a smooth mixture.
- 4
Pour this prepared sauce over the meat in the frying pan and mix thoroughly to coat. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the beef mixture to cool completely.
Assembling the buns
- 1
Once the dough has risen, gently deflate it and divide it into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a smooth ball.
- 2
On a lightly floured work surface, roll out each dough ball into a flat, round sheet.
- 3
Place a slice of cheese onto the rolled dough, then spoon a generous amount of the cooled meat mixture on top. Cover the meat with another slice of cheese.
- 4
Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, sealing it completely to form a ball shape.
- 5
Flip the sealed bun over and gently press down to slightly flatten it.
- 6
Arrange the prepared buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each bun, sprinkle with grated cheese, and top with slices of pepperoni or salami.
- 7
Allow the buns to rest for an additional 30 minutes before baking.
- 8
Preheat your oven to 200 °C. Position the baking tray slightly below the center rack. Bake the buns for 12–18 minutes, or until they are beautifully golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
