Ingredients

Bibimbap Sauce

  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Rice and Meat

  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 300 g beef
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 pcs garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar

Vegetables

  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 pcs carrot
  • 1 pcs zucchini
  • 100 g soybean sprout
  • 100 g shiitake mushroom
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt

Toppings

  • 4 pcs egg
  • sesame seed
  • kimchi

Instructions

    Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, water, and rice vinegar for the bibimbap sauce. Set aside.

    Marinate the beef in soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar for 30 minutes.

    Stir-fry the marinated beef in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through.

    Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, then squeeze out excess water. Season with sesame oil and salt.

    Sauté the carrots (julienned) in a pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes.

    Sauté the zucchini (julienned) separately in a pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes.

    Blanch the soybean sprouts for 2 minutes, drain, and season with sesame oil.

    Sauté the shiitake mushrooms (sliced) in a pan for 3-4 minutes.

    Fry 4 sunny-side-up eggs, so that the yolk remains runny.

    In large bowls, place the cooked rice at the bottom.

    On the rice, arrange the prepared vegetables and meat in a circular pattern and separately.

    Place one fried egg in the center of each bowl.

    Drizzle the prepared bibimbap sauce over everything and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
